How do I pay, and is there a long-term contract?
Billing is monthly, and we accept PayPal. There is no long-term contract, so you renew or cancel on your own terms.
Does the price include everything, or are there hidden fees?
The listed price is the full monthly cost and already includes a dedicated IPv4 from the Vietnam range and domestic traffic. There are no activation fees or hidden charges.
Do the Linux, Windows, and Apps VPS lines differ in price?
They share the same VNx config lineup at the same monthly price. The only difference is the OS or the app preinstalled at provisioning; Windows also includes licensing.
How is a config upgrade or downgrade charged?
You can request more or less CPU, RAM, and NVMe capacity. The price adjusts to your new config from the next billing cycle.
What if I need multiple IPv4s or a larger config?
Open a ticket and we will build a custom config and quote it to your requirements.
