What to know before you ship
- Minimum 3-month term
- Colocation is billed on a minimum 3-month cycle, the standard across Vietnamese datacenters. Longer terms get better rates, contact us for a quote.
- Power overage billed separately
- Each plan includes the power shown above. If your server draws more, the excess is billed at the rate stated in your contract. We measure actual draw and notify you first, no surprise charges.
- Full Rack quoted individually
- A full 42U cabinet depends on cabinet position, actual power draw and committed bandwidth, so there is no single list price. Send us your server count and expected load, we quote within one business day.
- 24/7 remote hands
- Datacenter engineers handle reboots, cable reseats and drive swaps when you cannot be on site. Basic operations are free of charge.
